How It Works

How Market Gravity turns hidden expertise into approved content.

Market Gravity combines guided conversations, content development, your approval, and visibility measurement. We dig beyond your service descriptions to uncover what you know, turn that knowledge into useful content, and review how your business shows up over time.

Let’s Talk

Start with a conversation about your business.

We discuss the work you want to be known for, the clients you want to reach, and the expertise they need to understand. The purpose is to establish fit and priorities before an engagement, not to hand you an automated score and call it a strategy.

Uncover the expertise that sets you apart.

Some of your most valuable knowledge is buried in work you do all the time: specialized assignments, unusual situations, and decisions you make without a second thought.

Socrates, Market Gravity’s AI-guided conversation platform, asks focused questions and follows up on your typed answers. It moves past the service list to draw out the experience and judgment behind your work. You answer at your own pace.

After onboarding, your initial visibility audit establishes a separate starting point for measurement. It is completed within three business days after onboarding. See how progress is measured.

Create content you can stand behind.

The system uses your answers to develop LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and newsletters. Most topics are developed within the system, and you can add your own. Learn how hidden expertise becomes content.

You review and edit each draft on the approval page, check the facts, and approve the final version. Your edits help shape future content to match your voice, tone, and style. If a draft is not right, you can request up to five replacement drafts per piece.

Amplify your reach through channels you control.

You receive an emailed copy of each approved piece. You publish it on LinkedIn, your website, your newsletter, or other publications you choose, subject to their requirements.

Publishing is not automatic. Manual publishing assistance is available by separate arrangement.

Measure what changes and plan what comes next.

Each quarter, Market Gravity reruns the visibility audit and compares findings with earlier reviews. Your dashboard, printable report, and review meeting help explain what changed and where attention is needed. Learn what visibility means across search and AI.

The findings inform the next round of topics and content. They are observations from documented checks, not a complete record of every search or AI answer.

You stay in control. We run the system.

You share what you know, review and approve every piece, and publish it on your own channels. If someone else in your business is better placed to answer a topic or approve content, they can step in.

Market Gravity runs the conversation and content system and delivers the visibility audits, dashboard, report, and quarterly review. See working with Market Gravity for scope and boundaries.

Questions about how it works

Do I need to write articles myself?

No. Start by answering Socrates’ guided questions. You still review, edit where needed, and approve the resulting content.

Are Socrates interviews recorded calls?

No. The current process uses typed responses in an AI-guided conversation. Follow-up questions build on what you share.

Do I have to finish the conversation in one sitting?

No. You can stop and return later, although the conversation may not resume at the exact question where you stopped.

When do we get the first audit?

The initial visibility audit is completed within three business days after onboarding. It creates the baseline for quarterly comparisons.

What if the draft misses the point?

Edit it on the approval page, correct the facts, and add the missing context before approving it, or request one of your five replacement drafts. Your expertise remains the authority for what carries your name.

Can we include confidential client or business information?

Do not submit privileged, sensitive, regulated, or legally restricted information. This includes confidential client-matter details, protected health information, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, passwords, and nonpublic financial-account information.

Remove, anonymize, or appropriately redact restricted information before sharing material with Market Gravity or entering it into any Market Gravity platform or tool. See Section 6.2 of the terms for the full requirements.

How soon will we see more inquiries?

There is no fixed or guaranteed timeline. Quarterly reviews examine visibility changes, and you track inquiries and business outcomes separately.
