Working With Market Gravity

Working With Market Gravity

Market Gravity combines a technology platform with an agreed service scope. Before work begins, your proposal explains what is included, what your team contributes, and what requires a separate agreement.

What your team provides

A participating expert shares knowledge through Socrates, the AI-guided conversation platform, including the niche work and everyday judgment your business rarely promotes. A designated reviewer edits drafts, checks business-specific facts, and approves each piece.

One person can fill both roles.

What Market Gravity provides

  • The Socrates conversation platform and the content creation process.
  • Separate content streams for LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
  • An initial visibility audit within three business days after onboarding.
  • Quarterly visibility audits with a dashboard, printable report, and review meeting.
  • Email support if you need help using the system.

Content volume

Content volume is set for each engagement. Most plans combine LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and newsletters, and the mix can be adjusted as your priorities change. Your proposal confirms what is included.

Edits and replacement drafts

You can edit every piece directly on the approval page. Your edits are tracked to help refine future content toward your preferred voice, tone, and style.

Each piece also includes up to five replacement drafts if you want the system to create a new version. Technical failures that prevent content creation or prevent you from working with a piece do not count toward that limit.

Publishing

You receive an emailed copy of every piece created. Your team publishes approved content through its own channels or in other publications it chooses. Manual publishing assistance is available by separate arrangement.

Frequently asked questions

Can one person be both the expert and the reviewer?

Yes. Some businesses have one person share knowledge and approve content. Others separate the roles.

What counts toward the five replacement drafts?

A request to discard a draft and have the system create a new version counts as one replacement. Direct edits on the approval page do not count, and neither do technical failures that prevent content creation or prevent you from working with a piece.

Can you improve our existing content?

Yes. Existing articles, pages, and other material can be reviewed and redeveloped under a separately agreed scope and cost.

Can we include confidential client or business information?

Do not submit privileged, sensitive, regulated, or legally restricted information. This includes confidential client-matter details, protected health information, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, passwords, and nonpublic financial-account information.

Remove, anonymize, or appropriately redact restricted information before sharing material with Market Gravity or entering it into any Market Gravity platform or tool. See Section 6.2 of the terms for the full requirements.
